Render Remediation

Acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor, T&T was back in London, working with our client Barking Central Management Company (No2) Limited and their agents Oander, to make this residential building in Axe Street, Barking, fire-safe and compliant.

After our initial investigations and recommendations our works included the removal of the existing combustible render system and the design and installation of a new direct fix mineral render system supplied by Alsecco.

The project benefitted from the government’s Building Safety Fund in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy.
