Residential Re-Clad

T&T Facades is currently on site with its latest cladding remediation project.

This time we’re in Braintree, Essex at Riverside Place, a 5 story residential apartment block which has been identified as having unsafe cladding.

Our dedicated cladding remediation team is removing the existing combustible rainscreen cladding system and will design, supply and install a new compliant rainscreen system, comprising Equitone Tectiva and Kingspan KROC.

Commenting, T&T Facades’ MD, Tom Rutter said “It’s been a stressful time for the residents waiting for this work to be done. We have therefore committed to a very tight programme. We are already on site and plan to expedite the works as quickly as possible.“
